About me: I’m a senior designer specializing in experiential and event design, with a focus on building cohesive visual systems across environments, signage, and presentations. I’ve led visual systems for conferences across the U.S., Tokyo, and Paris.

My approach combines structure and clarity with scalable design thinking, ensuring that every element—from stage visuals to supporting materials—works together as a unified experience.

BuiltWorlds — Conference Visual Systems (2023–2025)

Experiential Design · Event Branding · Environmental Graphics

Overview Led the development of visual identity systems for BuiltWorlds conferences, creating cohesive event experiences across digital and physical environments. The work focused on building scalable design systems that unified branding across multiple touchpoints, including stage visuals, signage, presentations, and marketing materials.

Role Served as the lead designer responsible for developing and executing the visual systems across multiple conferences. Collaborated with internal teams including marketing, research, and leadership to ensure alignment between event content and visual direction.

The Challenge Each conference required a distinct identity while maintaining consistency within the broader BuiltWorlds brand. The work needed to scale across multiple tracks, formats, and environments, while remaining clear, flexible, and easy to apply across a wide range of deliverables.

Approach Developed a modular visual system based on structured layouts, bold typography, and color-coded tracks. Each track was assigned a distinct color, allowing attendees to quickly navigate content while maintaining a cohesive overall identity.

The system was designed to scale seamlessly across presentations, signage, and environmental graphics, ensuring consistency across all attendee touchpoints.

Execution Applied the visual system across a wide range of deliverables, including:

  • Stage visuals and large-format screens

  • Presentation templates and speaker decks

  • Environmental signage and wayfinding

  • Marketing assets and digital promotions

The work was designed specifically for live event environments, with an emphasis on clarity, hierarchy, and legibility at scale.

Outcome The final system created a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across each conference, improving attendee navigation and reinforcing brand consistency across all environments. The structured approach allowed for efficient scaling across multiple events while maintaining a high level of visual quality.

Note This work involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams and required balancing creative direction with practical execution across multiple formats and timelines.

JLL — Management U Conference (2022) - Presentation Design & Event Visual Support

This project focused on designing presentation materials for a live conference environment, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and audience readability at scale.

Overview I supported JLL’s Management U Conference by designing presentation materials used throughout the event, ensuring visual clarity and consistency across sessions.

Role Focused on presentation design, translating content into structured, visually clear slides for a live conference environment.

The Challenge The goal was to create presentation materials that were easy to follow in a live setting while maintaining a cohesive and professional visual style aligned with the event’s messaging.

Approach I focused on creating a clear visual hierarchy and consistent layout system that could scale across multiple slides and speakers. Emphasis was placed on readability, structure, and maintaining a clean, professional tone suitable for a corporate audience. The work was designed specifically for live presentation, where clarity, hierarchy, and legibility at distance were key considerations.

Execution Designed presentation slides used during the conference, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and visual structure. The work was optimized for live display, supporting both clarity and engagement during sessions.

Outcome The final presentation materials supported a cohesive event experience, helping communicate key information clearly across sessions while maintaining a consistent visual standard.

Note While my role focused on presentation design, the work contributed to the broader event environment and overall attendee experience.
